Passion Flower(Passiflora), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)(, and Skullcap(Scutellaria)
Contraindications:
Passion Flower- Do not start with prescription medication  Avoid during pregnancy, unless instructed by a qualified practitioner.
Lemon Balm- Lemon balm is generally safe and tolerated by all ages but should not be taken if you have hypothyroidism or if you are pregnant, unless used under the guidance of a qualified healthcare practitioner.
Skullcap- Avoid during pregnancy, unless instructed by a qualified practitioner. Can be more sedating for some. Start with the smallest dose.
